I wanted to take advantage of a great lease deal offered by Toyota on two RAV4 vehicles for my family. Francisco was personable and courteous. The manager met my trade-in expectations and the deal for the two vehicles were completed that same day. No haggling necessary, just honest discussion and no high pressure sales pitches. The vehicles were spotless on delivery and I can't think of anything that would need to be done to have made the experience better. The sales associate met our needs and was very helpful in helping us select the right car at the right price. He calculated all the possible pricing options for us and based on that, we made the right choice. Great experience all around. Thank you! Worked out most of the preliminary info via their website and email. Drove down from CT to LI on a Sunday and was able to test drive and inspect the vehicle, negotiate the deal and sign the papers and drive home. The dealership was very clean and very helpful. All my questions were answered before leaving the dealership with my new car and everyone was very patient as well. I think that the customer service was excellent and so was the financing department.
