After running my credit with several different banks, he refused to show me the results and pushed to only have me use Toyota Financial. He then showed me an iPad with my three “best” monthly payment options, all of which were drastically higher than what sales had calculated for me and all of which included coverages that I did not ask for. When I explained that the lowest payment was $100 higher than expected, Bono told me that was the best I could get. I complained further explaining I did not want any additional coverages added in, and he proceeded to silently snatch the iPad out of my hand, type for a while, and silently hand it back with the monthly price I had originally expected. $100/ month lower than what he was trying to push me into. I felt absolutely uncomfortable and frustrated with the financial experience and felt his demeanor and attitude was rude and ignorant. I felt he tried to pull one over on me as a young female purchasing a vehicle alone. What a shame in comparison to their outstanding sales department. ”
