When I explained that the lowest payment was $100 higher than expected, Bono told me that was the best I could get. I complained further explaining I did not want any additional coverages added in, and he proceeded to silently snatch the iPad out of my hand, type for a while, and silently hand it back with the monthly price I had originally expected. $100/ month lower than what he was trying to push me into.
